EYS

Eys is an electronic music producer and DJ, born in the 1990s in a small village in Tuscany. With a rich heritage rooted in the Spanish Gitanos and a blend of Belgian and Italian ancestry, his family name carries an Eastern European flair, reflecting his diverse cultural background. At the age of 9, Eys began playing drums in a rock band comprised mostly of teenagers, an experience that shaped his early musical development and stage presence.

In 2010, Eys moved to Milan, where he connected with the city’s underground music scene, a pivotal moment in his artistic evolution. In 2021, he co-founded The Hanumans, a project that propelled him to perform on some of Italy’s most important stages, sharing lineups with renowned artists like Armonica, Acid Pauli, Red Axes, Kino Todo, Foolik, Pauli Pocket, Carlita, and many others. During this period, Eys honed his sound, experimenting with innovative techniques that led The Hanumans to climb international charts.
The project garnered recognition from major music publications and earned them a spot among the top 10 DJs/Producers in East West Europe in 2021- 2022, as selected by MarteLive and the Creative Europe Programme of the EU.

In 2024, Eys co-founded Bucolika Festival with a group of friends, where he assumed the role of creative and artistic director. This two-day festival, set in nature, was born from the desire to create something different from the hustle and bustle of the city and was named one of the best summer festivalsof 2024 by Rolling Stone magazine.

By the end of 2024, Eys decided to fully dedicate himself to his solo project, embracing the next chapter of his musical journey.
